DiCaprio has teamed up with supermarket magnate/Democratic fundraiser Ron Burkle to buy three units in the new Hudson Blue building, just north of Richard Meier's Perry St. towers, for $10m. 2) The LeRoy St. townhouse that was Will Smith's safety blanket during the filming of "Hitch" has sold for $8.95m. The four bedroom home, which Smith rented for $300,000 for five months last year, features three separate outdoor areas, including a patio and koi pond.
