An NYU fraternity has gone where no other NYU fraternity has gone before: their own off-campus party-n-puke palace. The Observer has the story of how NYU's Delta Phi chapter landed a frat house on normally beer bong-free Leroy Street, and it's a tale filled with struggle, perserverence, suicidal neighbors and beautiful qoutes like this, from a brother known as "Hesh":
"There's been concessions made on both ends. We?ve put carpet down and we really try to have parties on like Fridays and Saturdays when people expect them."Well when you put it that way ... pass the jello shots!
