Manhattan's Smallest Apartment Seeks 'Very Creative Person'

There's a bidding war underway at 321 East 43rd Street, a Turtle Bay building known as The Cloister?a bidding war for what's arguably the smallest apartment for sale in Manhattan. The broker claims the studio is 235 square feet, but the Post ain't buying that claim. Undeterred, Douglas Elliman broker Ronit Uziel suggests the place is underpriced: "A closet fit with shelves could be disassembled to fit a twin-size Murphy bed, and a very creative person could turn the 6-by-3-foot walk-in closet into an office, she said."
