Two months after its launch, MaxDelivery, the more responsible spawn of '90s phenom Kozmo.com, is expanding to the East Village and Stuy Town. Says marketing honcho Stephen Carl, "We feel for all those folks that either live in Stuy Town and are miles away from the local store or others who live in 4th and 5th floor walk-ups in the East Village (I used to myself)." First-time East Village customers can use the code, EAST, spend $20, and get the next $20 for free. In the promotional photo at right, a MaxDeliverer brings a satisfied customer her brand new baby. It's a girl!
