When last we left 195 Bowery, the new residential development tower was towering over the east end of Spring Street, casting its glare on the Bowery—and coming along at a glacially slow construction pace. Construction work doesn't seem to be moving much faster these days, but a Newsday feature about the Bowery reports that all units except the duplex penthouse in the tower have been sold. The duplex remains on the market for $4.4 million, just a hair above the $3.7m they wanted for it a year ago. (N.B. There's also some Avalon Chrystie Place news herein. Caveat lector.)
