Celebrity Real Estate Wrap: Rolling Stone Gathers No Moss

1) NBC newsman Stone Phillips has downtown in his heart and uptown in his rear-view. The "Dateline" host moved into a large triplex across the street from the Dakota just last year, but the place is already on the market for $5.495 million. The former Gramercy resident is considering a move back downtown, and he's leaving behind some fancy amenities: herringbone oak floors, an enormous windowed kitchen, three exposures and a 300-square-foot terrace (right) with a high-tech irrigation system and uninterrupted views of the park. 3) Well, now we know what NBA MVP Steve Nash was doing balling with the common folk downtown. The pride of Canada paid $2.7 million for a penthouse on Chambers Street.
