In the Gutter: Herbert and the Lollipops

Behold, this week's NYC goodness at The Gutter...

1) Former Times' architecture critic Herbert Muschamp (right) reborn as the god of 2 Columbus Circle, and inspires the building's protectors.
2) It's down to the finalists in the race for the new MoMa architecture curator. Says the Guttersniper, "It's gonna be Jean-Louis Cohen, brilliant scholar, or Ray Ryan, ketchup kurator, about whom we know nothing but hear good things."
3) Vote yes on striped bass, sea horses, and crabs swimming by Ground Zero.
