Perhaps not the funkiest Friday listing we've ever seen, but the floor-to-ceiling windows in this Tribeca hideaway look fantastic. Besides, who even knew there was such a thing as an "authentic mega-loft"? Asking $3.995 million for hot duplex action (check the floorplan)—a more reasonable price for 8,500 square feet than a floorplan we checked out earlier this week.
