Over at Tropolism, dogs are being walked, construction photos are being shot (above), and a real estate website typo becomes the next hip neologism. (At least as far as we're concerned.) Someone at former Development Du Jour Chelsea House, 130 W. 19th St., misspelled the name of the place "Chelease" and happened upon new-word gold. Of course, these being condos, you'll have to look elsewhere in the neighborhood to use it, but just think: Soon we'll all be chillaxing in our pad after signing a mad tight two-year Chelease.
