1600 Broadway Update: Blinded by the Signs?

So you're buying a condo at 1600 Broadway, and willing to embrace the brand-splattered sensory overload that is Times Square. Problem is, it looks like you might have an obstructed view of the action, according to photoblogger WhatISee, who claims that a good-sized handful of the balconied units "are going to be facing the back of the giant sign," (above, at right) perhaps relegating future residents to gorge themselves on the Hershey's ads alone across the street. Plus, it appears the website's main exterior rendering glosses over the matter by playing with the lighting and perspective to fool the eye. Anyone know otherwise?
