When we last checked in, buyers were dissing the feng shui and had only scooped up 43 of the 79 units. The sales office was temporarily closed. Martial law had taken over the streets. Now, word comes that Corcoran pulled all the 85 Adams listings from its website last week and reposted them a few days later at asking prices some 30% less than before. Priced to move, baby! But the chopping wasn't a complete job. Confusingly, Apartment 20B's price was jacked up $35,000. You'd hate to be the shmuck who buys that one.
