Following up on yesterday's Q&A with 740 Park author Michael Gross about the duplex penthouse apartment 17D now offered at $27.5 million, a Curbed reader emails, "While there are floorporns for 740 Park 17D on the Gross' site, BHS doesn't list the property on their site. Of course. Veeery WASP. Property that everyone knows is for sale but not listed—a trend? I assume that 'not listed anywhere but it's for sale' would not have anything so crass as... oh... photos. Do you know of any 17D roomporn floating about?"
Alas, no (anyone?), but we've taken the liberty of sharing the floorplan porn of the upper floor of the penthouse with you (above). One assumes that the scrawl at the bottom right was the architect saying, "Ah, fuck it, let's give 'em another 400 square feet." (By near-sheer coincidence, we gawked at the bottom floor floorplan porn of 17D last October.)
