Finishing off today's troika of Cool New Things, Homethinking is a new web service with an intriguing idea: building a database of user reviews of real estate agents. Though it's currently active only in California, the site's founder has national visions. Was that broker merely a two-star worker on your behalf? Or did they step it up to five stars? Needless to say, this could be fun.
