You won't find this rendering on the website for the Toll Brother's Northside Piers development on the East River in Williamsburg, just north of 184 Kent. Nope. We found this baby on a promotional banner on the side of a warehouse on N. 5th Street near the site. In any case, this is the full frontal view of the new 29-story Williamsburg glass tower, which Lisa Chamberlain previewed in Polis this spring. Meantime, signage at the site itself proclaims "glass tower," "recreational pier," "breathtaking views" and, of course, "townhouses." A photo of the site on Kent Avenue, after the jump.
