Harlem Park Update: 22 Stories of This?

Bear with us as we talk ourselves through this one. According to a tipster, the above is a schematic for a new office/retail tower on 125th Street (at Park Ave.). It—or something vaguely resembling it and its 22 stories—is to be built by Vornado Realty, the fine folks who took over the languishing Harlem Park project earlier this year, with groundbreaking set for May 2007. The new design, which would be the tallest building in Harlem, also represents the final nail in the coffin, if one was even needed, for architect Enrique Norten's towering Harlem Marriott plan. That said, we're in the dark as to who the architects are here. Anyone know?
