We're a little obsessed with the slow demolition of the Old Dutch Mustard factory in Williamsburg. So be it. When we checked in on it this weekend, we found it's already lost a floor and that demolition equipment is up on what is now the uppermost floor. Also the "Old Dutch Mustard" signage went with the top floor. Nice, growing pile of bricks and crushed concrete out back, though. Latest word, as reported via Curbed Wire last week is the site is going to be a hotel. A comparison pic after the jump for those of you interested in the progress.
