If you click on each listing, it tells you when the lease is up, and it seems like the latest one goes to September. Apparently it's hard to sell occupied penthouses, because Crossing 23rd is basically giving up, and offering all eight of these units in one bulk package, for about $18 million. If you really want to impress a loved one this Holiday season, get him or her four three-bedroom duplex penthouses, two corner three-bedroom apartments, and two two-bedroom apartments.
