With all the rumors flying about the Tribeca Summit at 415 Greenwich Street and its interesting variety of lofts/bay houses/duplexes, it's nice to get some semi-official information about where it stands. So how many people have MaYoMo'd? A publicist for the project sent along the haps:
Tribeca Summit will be holding tours of its model townhouse very soon. (There is already a completed loft model and a model kitchen and bath in the ground floor commercial space along Greenwich Street.) Local TriBeCa home furnishings store ROOM is designing the four-level townhouse. The project marks the launch of ROOM's interior design services. We'll be sending invitations with all the details, but I wanted to give you a heads up. About a third of the units are in contract and with the progress on the models and the Federal Historic Preservation Tax Incentive, there has an incredible amount of traffic at the building.
Ah yes, of course. The Federal Historic Preservation Tax Incentive. How could we ... have ... forgotte?OK we have no clue what the shit that is. We're still trying to figure out what "EXceSSiVeLY TriBeCa" means.
