Lord Over New Jersey in Your Castle in the Sky

Normally a brand new hotel-condo designed by Gwathmey Siegel Associates with amazing Hudson River and skyline views would generate a fair buttload of attention around here, but this one's on the wrong side of the river, if you catch our drift (and we think you do). Yep, Hoboken is getting its W, which is not news to us, but what is fresh intel is that the 25-story hotel will also have 36 condos on its top eight floors, and pre-construction sales have started. There are one-, two-, three- and four-bedroom residences, with prices starting at $760,000 and going up to $4.4 million (!). They've got all the luxury amenities (Bosch, Viking, Sub-zero, Miele, etc.) and easy access to the W's planned bar, restaurant, gym and Bliss spa, not to mention the daily maid service. Occupancy is expected in 2008, which either means they're already a year behind schedule, or the hotel is opening a year before the condos. Two more pics after the jump.
