1) "I'm a rental tenant at 30 Lincoln Plaza and just received a Condo Offering Plan for the building this morning. Looks like asking prices start at $930k for a 426 sq ft studio, $1.175m for a 581 sq ft 1 bedroom, and go up to $4.35m 2246 sq ft 3br with central park views."
2) "We got the notice last night that 30 Lincoln Plaza is going condo. The prices are astonishing -- $1m+ for park view one bedrooms. Great neighborhood, but the numbers sound high."
