Looks like the scaffolding that's been covering the Chelsea Hotel is finally coming down after 3 years. As someone who's lived across the street for 2 of those 3 years and has had to endure the blight, I say hooray!We don't think this has anything to do, though, with the, uh, Chelsea fire protection system noted earlier.
