CurbedWire: Superior Ink Update

1) West Village: Yesterday you saw it going down, today we can tell you what's going up. Three tipsters inform us that Related is turning the Superior Ink Factory into "Super High End Residential condos." One tipster notes, "they are claiming this is going to be the last of the ultra high quality condos in the West Village due to zoning restrictions." Another says it will be an Astor Place-like glass development. We all know how that worked out. UPDATE: NY1 is reporting that construction will begin early next year on a scaled-back 15-story building. [CurbedWire Inbox]

2) Park Slope: A tipster ran into a snag when it came time to close on a condo at Abby Court. The building advertised a common roof deck, but the tipster reports, "When I went to sign to get into contract on Wednesday, my lawyer discovered there is no roof deck. A roof deck is not even in the building plan...I had to pay my lawyer's legal fees ($500) for her work, and definitely did NOT go into contract...The NY Times ad has now been changed to say there is the *possibility* of a roof deck.
