Rumblings & Bumblings Responses: Stable 'o Condos

Answers to Tuesday's questions, by readers for readers, below. If you've got a better answer, another question, or a sweet, sweet digital photograph, send us a line at tips@curbed.com.

1) UWS: Now that the stables on Amsterdam between 76th and 77th are officially not landmarked, there's nothing left to do but wait for the condos. Recent reports suggest a Related-commissioned Robert A.M. Stern design is still in the works, though a promo from the retail agent RFK shows the rendering above. Breath bated.
2) Hell's Kitchen: The development colony in the low 50s between 10th and 11th are part of the Mosaic (aka Clinton Green and not to be confused with the all-night brokerage firm). Featured last summer as the Development du Jour. Active thread over at Wired NY.
3) East Village: Alas, nothing doing on the Avalon Bowery Place retail front. Even money on a Brooklyn Industries and an American Apparel.
