Ali R. deduces that contrary to the listing specs, "it's NOT a five-bedroom home, it's a four-bedroom with an office." Noted. Also, there was some question regarding the fireplace, as seen in the floorplan, and its ability to meet code. We defer to fireplace experts on that one.
