The building above has the tentative name "Seven Berry," which somehow brings to mind a pink hipster breakfast cereal. It's been a big hole in the ground forever, but the building is now up and rising. It's the work of Karl Fischer Architect, also known for designing most of the buildings on Bayard Street east of McCarren Park, which we like to call Karl Fischer Row.
