What better way to celebrate the holiday than the continued destruction of Chelsea's Eighth Avenue? Happy Holidays to developers who want to tear down the character of Chelsea to make room for more apartments and condos to house self-indulgent straight couples and their insufferable spoiled brats in double-wide strollers. When they're all moved in they can complain about all those gays in the neighborhood as they continue to make Eighth Avenue the corporate sponsored strip mall of their dreams with more frozen yogurt stores and chain retailers.
