Though some of our tipsters disagree—they think this is the apartment in question (UPDATE: sources tell us it definitely isn't)—we're certain that the apartment seen above at 95 Greene Street in Soho is the now-infamous Paul Thomas Anderson/Maya Rudolph bedbug apartment. (As previously reported in this space, "They had a really bad bedbug problem in their $13,500/month apartment. They moved out and, now, they're suing to get back their rent, security deposit and broker's commission, plus $350K damages.")
The apartment, all 2,405sqft, is listed for sale at $3.5 million. But it's also back on the rental market, now asking $16,000/month. Guess there really is no such thing as bad press.
