Celebrity Real Estate Wrap: Selling Without a Hitch

1) The totally awesome Leroy Street townhouse (two-car garage, koi pond, etc.) that belonged to Irving Plaza founder/activist Andrew Rasiej and was rented out by Will Smith for $60,000/month is up for sale for $12.5 million. The Modlin Group has the listing. [Braden Keil/Gimme Shelter]

2) New York showbiz power couple Maya Rudolph and Paul Thomas Anderson are suing Halstead Property over a bedbug-infested apartment they just moved into in Soho. Their $13,500/month apartment was supposed to be "first-class" and "perfect," not "bitey" and "threatening to their newborn." Still, don't see how this one is Halstead's fault. They're also suing the apartment's owner. [Yahoo! News]

3) Veteran actor and Taxi dude Judd Hirsch just scooped up a two-bedroom apartment in the Ruppert Yorkville Towers on the Upper East Side. Braden Keil says he lives on Columbus Ave., so don't hit up old Rupp looking for him, but S. Jhoanna Robledo says he's using it as a pied-á-terre after selling off his Park Ave. co-op last year. Controversy! [Braden Keil/Gimme Shelter; S. Jhoana Robledo/Movers]
