Rumblings & Bumblings: Swimming in It

Time for everybody's favorite development game, Rumblings & Bumblings, where you ask the questions and give the answers. The questions below were submitted by actual readers. If you've got an answer, another question, or a sweet, sweet digital photograph, send us a line at tips@curbed.com. Answers sanitized for your protection Thursday.

1) No. Hell's Kitchen: "Windermere at 9th Ave & W 57th Street New York, NY 10019? I stumbled across this building (right) and was wondering if there was any recent development or plans for it? The last thing i could find was about a resident evicted in 2005, and that seems to be it." Here's our latest from the way-back machine. Not sure if were equipped with the zip code at that time, though.
2) UWS/No. No. Hell's Kitchen: Moving just a few blocks northwest, a tipster sends this nugget: "I have heard a rumor that the old, abandoned Park department pool attached to the 59th Street Rec Center (between 59th/60th and 10th/11th, right across the street from the Hudson Condos and next to the Element site) is going to be rebuilt as a 'nice, new public pool.' I live in the area and a friend has said they got a notice that their rent around the corner is going up $400 a month as a direct result. Any word on this?"
3) Park Slope: Our querier cuts right to the chase: "union street, south side, north side between 6th & 7th: Former medical arts building & late 19c stable building now vacant & appears ready for high rise development. current 3 story building, a lot or two up from firehouse. Any info?"
