Tribeca's 'Our Suburb' Update: View to a Demo

Via the Curbed Photo Pool, a little Monday afternoon demolition porn. Close readers will recognize this triangular space as the building at the corner of No. Moore and West Broadway in Tribeca—the former home of No. Moore Bar—where a couple has vowed to construct 10,000 square feet of suburbia. Given that the scaffolding has been up since June (and sexualized in the interim), we're assuming some version of the project finally passed Landmarks. Anyone know exactly what they're going to build?
