Celebrity Real Estate Wrap: Trump Jr.'s Condo Coup

1) If you happened to miss the cover of the Post yesterday, you missed a funny one. Donald Trump Jr. was ousted from his condo board by Eugenia Kaye, wife of director Tony Kaye. She led the charge to get rid of the entire seven-member board of 220 Riverside Boulevard (one of the seven Trump Place buildings) because of what she claims is neglectful management, such as mysterious disappearing money. When rich people fight, we all win! Oh, and it's way past time to knix Isiah. [NYPost]

2) Queer Eye grooming expert Kyan Douglas is such a tease. We hear all about the stylish touches and feng shui layout of his for-sale two-bedroom loft in Williamsburg's long-forgotten Gretsch Building, and then we head on over to the listing only to find zero pictures. Zzzzzzzzzzzz. He's looking for $899,000, and he's moving to an apartment nearby with water views. Schaefer's Landing, perhaps? [Movers/S. Jhoanna Robledo]

3) Already having fled Brooklyn and the Bronx for being unsafe, Guardian Angel and radio talk show host Curtis Sliwa has now ditched Kip's Bay for a $1.9 million apartment on the Upper East Side. The former Gotti target said he still receives threats and everyone knew where he lived, so to find him now, you'll just have to stake out new high-rise buildings on the UES until you see the red beret and jacket.
