The latest Brooklyn gas station to fall victim to the Great Brooklyn Building Boom is this former BP Station on Fourth Avenue between Fifth Street and Sixth Street. A tipster emails to say that the property has been purchased by City Investment Fund and will end up as--surprise!--a 12-story apartment building. The building next door is that really cool looking puke cream-colored Leviev Boymelgreen building that is either called Park Slope Tower or Novo Park Slope but that we like to think of as Boymelgreen Hall because it's up for lease as a dorm.
