Yesterday, we updated things at The Lotus, the non-Karl Fischer condo on Karl Fischer Row east of McCarren Park. Today, we've got serious progress to note at a building a little to the north and west, the Manhattan Park, AKA 279 Driggs. The last week has seen a burst of work. The fence has come down, the sidewalks have been poured and workers have been up on the balconies (even on the weekend) banging away to keep the brunch crowd at Enid's entertained. Greenpoint lives.
