CurbedWire: Activity at Greenpoint Terminal Market?

1) South Bronx: What's the hottest place to live in New York City? Give up? It's The Bronx, of course. At least according to the current front page of Yahoo, a website run by folks obviously hip to the SoBro allure. [CurbedWire Inbox]

2) Greenpoint: With every new day, it seems we get word of another new development from the Williamsburg/Greenpoint hood. This one's of particular interest: "So over the last few days, there has been what looks like an enormous white tent erected next to the site of that huge warehouse fire in Greenpoint. I know they are supposed to build a ton of condos and develop that area, but what's up with the tent? It looks like it might have building equipment in it. Maybe its just storage for the winter. Anyway, maybe they'll begin building there soon." [CurbedWire Inbox]

3) Boerum Hill: There's trouble brewing at 75 Smith Street: "While the construction manager (4th one since 2004) was arguing with KeySpan for gas service to supply the building with temporary heat for the sheetrock folks, NYC DOT shut down the project last week due to their expired permit on an NYC embargoed street. No street! No heat!" [CurbedWire Inbox]
