Floorplan Porn: Tribeca Summit's Interior Exteriors

In an era where the floorplan designs of so many new developments bore us to tears, it's heartening to see some of unique living spaces carved out at the "EXceSSiVeLY TriBeCa" Tribeca Summit at 415 Greenwich. Consider the G line lofts on floors three through eight (above), with 2,693 square feet of interior space and—on one of the building's narrow inner courtyards, 82 square feet of what a bold sort might call external space. Innnnteresting.

Which leads us, in a roundabout way, to the real point of this item. A Curbed reader emails, "Have you mentioned the fact that tribeca summit condos literally face your neighbors in the courtyard design? I think?! We’re considering a move there and from the looks of floor plans, looks like you have to live with your curtains down at all times?!?" Those who've been inside, what's the word?
