Last week we made mention of Diane von Furstenberg's West 12th Street townhouses, back on the market for $25.25 million (mmm...numeric symmetry) just one year after Russian heiress/socialite/whatever Anna Anisimova bought them. Her development dreams for the property were thwarted, so she's trying to do a quick flip to make a buck. But what, pray tell, does a $25 million West Village pad look like?
