Do the pictures above look familiar? Of course they do. We've used them before. Twice. The first time was back in July, when we expressed amazement in an On the Market posting that Jack's Luxury Oyster Bar, the townhouse/restaurant operated and lived in by East Village royalty Jack and Grace Lamb, was up for sale for $3.5 million. Back then the consensus was that?at an "aggressive" $3,805/sf?the place maaaaaaaaay have been overpriced. Those involved agreed, and the price was knocked down a cool mil in October. But apparently there's still no takers on this three-floor work/living space, because the price has been chopped again. Will somebody please buy the damn thing already? It hurts to see your idols go down like this.
