Celebrity Real Estate Wrap: Fallon's Package Deal

1) Former SNL funnyman and current crappy actor Jimmy Fallon is selling off his key to Gramercy Park. He's searching for a buyer for the two units he owns at 34 Gramercy Park East?the city's oldest operating co-op?at a price of $3.75 million. Fallon bought a one-bedroom unit facing the park for $850,000 in 2002, then added the three-bedroom unit on the floor for $1.5 million when his neighbor died. He got lazy and never combined the apartments, and now he is selling both. According to the listing, they will only be sold together. Also accoding to the listing, "one could easily imagine an Edith Wharton character stopping by for tea even today." The floorplans of the units are above. When asked about the apartments, Fallon awkwardly broke into laughter a dozen times after half-heartedly trying to stick to the script his broker had prepared for him. [William Neuman/Big Deal]
2) "Eothen," the 5.7-acre Montauk estate once owned by Andy Warhol, has been on the market with Elliman broker Linda Stein for the past few years. No one is biting on the $50 million asking price, so now Hamptons broker Tina Fredericks, who first sold it to Warhol more than 30 years ago, is taking another crack at it. The secluded compound is surrounded by 100 acres of protected wetlands, and features a main house as well as four cottages. Some good photos on the listing page. We'll take it. 3) When you woke up this morning, you did what you always do. You hit the alarm clock, you rolled rolled over and you asked the heavens, "Gee, what the heck is Angela Lansbury up to?" Today is the day when the angels chose to respond. The Murder, She Wrote star bought a two-bedroom apartment at the Windsor Park, the Charles Gwathmey hotel conversion project at 58th Street and Second Avenue. Seventy of the building's 103 apartments have been sold, but the two luxurious penthouse homes remain on the market. [William Neuman/Big Deal]
4) We haven't had much to say about Anderson Cooper since he found someone to buy his apartment, but the rumor mill tipped us off that he had an appointment to check out this East Hampton waterfront property.
