Sometimes, context is in the eye of the beholder. Case in point: Contextual photos of North Tribeca that developer Jack Parker Corp. has submitted in its efforts to rezone part of the waterfront to allow for "a 300-unit apartment building and a 160-foot height limit along West St.," according to the latest Downtown Express dispatch. Community members fear the light that would be blocked out and the added congestion that would come to the nabe.
