The dynamic duo could've built much higher (a 60-story apartment tower was planned) had the city Planning Dept. actually deemed the booming global circus enterprise as being cut from the same cloth as neighborhing "small Off-Broadway companies" along Theater Row. Meanwhile, the development site has "the forlorn look" of Estragon and Vladimir's playground, so it's back to the drawing board for Related. Shall we go? Yes, let's go.
