Corcoran has scored the $14.75 million listing, which reads in part: "This builiding has unlimited possibilities as either a fabulous single family residence [yes!—ed] or a top notch condo development project [nooooo!!!—ed]. Building sold 'AS IS' and Delivered Vacant." With a potential windfall for Lachlan of $9.5 million. G'day!
