[This week, we're taking our three-packs to the West Village, where we'll climb the price ladder from six- to eight-figures. Today, we continue with listings between $2mil and $5mil.]
1) What/Where: 3BR, 101 West 12th Street
Asking: $2.395 mil
The Skinny: "SHOW STOPPER!," baby! And by "baby," we mean baby. "Triple Mint designer renovation" sports pastel walls and third-child dreams. "Features 3 bedroom, 3 baths, plus a separate home office in the mater suite, which can double as a nursery." Kitchen looks a little cramped but you're not going to have time for cooking anyway, what with bringing up Junior(s).
· Listing: 101 West 12th St. [Corcoran]
2) What/Where: Loft, W. 13th off 5th
Asking: $3.4 mil
The Skinny: Tricked-out 3-bath loft, avertised with the magic words: "MOTIVATED SELLERS!" Includes a sound-proof recording studio, natch. The rest of the space is pretty much yours to play with. From the looks of this listing, there is an obscene amount of built-in shelves, if that's your thing.
· Listing: West 13th Street Loft [BrownHarris]
3) What/Where: 2BR, Greenwich Village (parts unknown)
Asking: $4.975 mil
The Skinny: This apartment is so steeped in "Parisian elegance" that we can't tell you where it is. 3900sqft of opulent detail, including "barrel vaulted ceilings, 2 decorative fireplaces, & all public rooms large & gracious for entertaining." Actually, that last bit must be translated from the French because we have no idea what it means. (Re-reading...ah, yes! The rooms are big.)
· Listing: Greenwich Village [Sotheby's]
