Trends in Real Estate Advertising: Grace, or Nearly So

When first we saw the new ad campaign (sample image above) for Barbizon/63, the condo conversion project at 140 E. 63rd on Lexington, we totally thought they were going for the Holly Golightly-Breakfast at Tiffany's mystique, but then this weekend's Postings column smacked us with its white glove and told us to start thinking real-life ingenue. So we're left with this question: Is that actually a young Grace Kelly?who once stayed in the old Barbizon Hotel for Women, currently being remade into "gracious" residences starting at $1 million and going up to "$15 million for a 5,300-square-foot duplex penthouse"?or just someone intended to look an awful lot like Grace Kelly?
