Morningside Park has its turkey, but Central Park doesn't lack for its own wildlife:
It started on Monday with reports of a strange, wolf-like creature in Central Park. The mystery deepened before dawn yesterday, when it was seen loping across the 65th Street transverse road. By late last night, the mystery was solved, but the hunt continued. There was a coyote loose in the park. This morning, 1010 WINS gleefully reports that the "cagey coyote" has been captured somewhere, uh, north of the park's southeast corner, prompting a Curbed tipster to note, "1010WINS coyote pic: ranks up there with the Mrs. Butterworth one, I believe."
