Any Way You Like it at Tribeca Summit

Back in October we gave you the heads up that Tribeca's 415 Greenwich Street was being gut renovated and turned into $2 million bay houses. That was right, but we could have been righter. The building, now called Tribeca Summit, has popped up on the Internets, and it appears that there are three different types of living arrangements that buyers can shoot for. Up top you'll see the building (1), a landmarked warehouse built in the early 1900's. Right next to it (2) is an example of one of the duplex penthouses, complete with solarium feel and setback terrace for all your entertaining and Tribeca people watching needs. We move from there over to the aforementioned bay houses (3), which have their own private entrances. Looks?well?pretty fucking crazy. Finally, there's the boring old loft (4). Zzzzzzzz. Hey, at least you'll be close to Bubby's. CorcoSun is marketing this bad boy, and the listings go from $1,950,000 to $4,125,000.
