So how's it going over at 55 Berry, Williamsburg's white whale of luxury development? Perhaps not so good. After the whole switching teams and rebranding thing (aka PriceChop), we thought the little loft building was on the right track. But interest on North 10th Street may be sagging, because according to real estate search engine NateFind, there has been a new round of cuts on some of the units. We're not sure if those are reliable numbers or not, but the prices on the Corcoran website are indeed looking lower than the information presented about two months ago. Sad, although the units are still going for an average of $658 per square-foot. And in lighter 55 Berry news, the listings now come with interior photos of the model unit. Hooray!
