Blame or praise Platt Byard Dovell White for the building's design. Sample pricing on the available units: $545,000 for a 546-square-foot alcove studio to $1.675 million for a 1,829sqft three-bedroom with 2.5 baths, one of them featuring a "Tea for Two tub" for those who don't mind their Earl Grey tasting like bathwater. All the Elliman listings are sporting the same kitchen rendering, which features a big pole in the middle of the counter, and is available after the jump for your critique.
