Back in December, a couple of Clinton Street residents were complaining about the all-night construction of a residential building on their block. At the time, comments included, "It will be 8 stories and filled with 'the rich and the beautiful,' according to the architect," and, "You didn’t even mention the noise is coupled with the 24 hour klieg lights (shining directly into my bedroom) and the threat of a Starbucks on the corner." So, what is all the trouble actually for? Finally, one of those original Clintonians sends along a snap of the design. Prepare yourself for the rich and beautiful, and what looks like a Hampton Inn.
