[This week, we're taking our three-packs to Park Slope, where we'll climb the price ladder from six figures to an as-yet-undetermined height. Today, we continue with apartments priced between $500k and $1 million]
1) What/Where: 1BR, Sterling Pl. (6th & 7th)
Asking: $645k
The Skinny: How do you enjoy "Park Slope living" to its fullest? You're looking at it, baby! "This 1+Bedroom co-op is spacious and has great flow." The listing also says the place is "really special," and it very well could be, but we're getting that "very generic" vibe.
· Listing: Sterling Place Loft [Halstead]
2) What/Where: 2BR, 12th St. (6th & 7th)
Asking: $875k
The Skinny: First, let's clear something up: We are not the ones who Wited-out that little dude's eyes. Apparently, he wouldn't sign the release to help move this property. Nevermind, though, cuz the pool is doing all the work. 1300 sq ft duplex condo with an 18-ft living room ceiling. "The sun-drenched garden is a private 700 sq ft paradise!!", but you already knew that.
· Listing: Prime Park Slope [FSBO/NYT]
3) What/Where: 3BR, Berkeley Pl.
Asking: $950k
The Skinny: Hard to find a master bath in these Park Slope brownstone condos. And you won't find one here. However, "[i]n the middle of the apartment are two beautifully renovated bathrooms, one with a Jacuzzi." Two apartments in the middle of the apartment -- gotta be a better way to say that. In any case, copious amenities and a light and airy feel, but we're probably too late -- contract signed.
· Listing: 195 Garfield Pl. [Brown Harris]
· Park Slope Ladder #1: Under $500k [Curbed]
