On the Market: Tribeca, Grand

Record-setting highs in Tribeca today—of the real estate variety, natch. The Observer's Michael Calderone points us towards this massive 9,300 square foot, five-story 23-room "townhouse in the sky" atop 60 Warren Street. Purchased by businessman Edward Bazinet in 2001 for $13.5 million, it's up for grabs with a record downtown asking price of $28.5 million. That's a million less than a single box at Santiago Calatrava's Tower O' Penthouses—and better yet, this place, you know, actually exists. Now, as to those bathroom murals...
